We talked about ship pogression to start off the show, but then we move to something new and fun! We had a guest, Jaysyn Larrisen. Jaysyn was kind enough to drop by and enjoy our guest format. We had a lovely chat, but he broke a few rules. Ohh well, better luck next time.
Don't forget about the public roam tomorrow night! Aug 7 2300 game time. Pop into "derptw" channel in game to see all the details.
Yup, your first guest ever and you treat em like shit by dropping him without warning while he's talking and then pretending like it never happened.
ReplyDeleteYour podcast was a great listen up till that point. You may as well stick to just doing your podcast without interviews or you'll lose alot more listeners.
Thanks for a great episode up till you kicked the guy off of comms. Your free podcast is not worth my support as a listener after that stunt you pulled. Poor form.
That was part of it man. Go ask @JaysynLarrisen. We sat down and talked about it before hand. The "kick" was edited in for effect =) We also had a lovely chat afterwards. I'm not going to sit and defend my podcast as if I did anything wrong btw. I hate that you didn't see the comedy in it. My podcast is something different and new. Yes I have a dark sense of humor and my content is not for everyone. Glad you enjoyed the podcast. I hope you can take a moment to appreciate the humor I was going for.
DeleteI agree about the newbro progression comments. I taught my wife the basic of flying and combat by going into level 1 missions in an atron. Pulse MWD, orbit, activate guns when you're at the right range, then look for the next target and be ready to switch over to it. Repeat. She got pretty smooth at it, came out on a fleet roam with us and tackled a couple of targets for us.
ReplyDeletePVE is a good place to learn the basics! I hope what we talk about is helping everyone out there. Being a new bro is hard in Eve. Just trying to make it easier on em.
